Welcome to our documentation of Shopzone - Responsive HTML5 Opencart Theme. Hope that it will guide you to successful installation of Shopzone Opencart Theme. We recommend you to start off with a fresh copy of Opencart and go through all the steps before you start an install. Thank you!

If you love colorful designs ShopZone may be the right choice for you. 16 free color themes makes it even more easy to start off. Find the closest match for your requirements and start customizing. It's easy to install and packed with multiple useful features. And it suits any kind of store. It supports the latest two versions of Opencart i.e. v 1.5.5.1 and v 1.5.4.1. We will be working on previous versions as well if needed. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome.

Installation

It is advised that you go through all the listed process without hassle for successful installation.

You will find the following folders in the zip file. Open the folder with the name of your version of opencart.

Activation

Now activate your shopzone theme by performing the following steps:

The picture below shows where will you find the "store" tab and the list of the modules with "shopzone settings"

Enable the module "shopzone settings". Load a color theme and "load default font settings" and you're done with the basic installation. Now modify the theme as per your requirements. Enjoy!

For Shopzone to work well you must perfom following steps

Goto Settings > Edit Store > Images

Other Images

Set up the image sizes according to following instructions.

Features

3 Responsive Sliders

You can choose between 3 responsive sliders namely Nivo Slider, Flex Slider or Camera Slider. You can find the settings in the Shopzone Settings > Settings > Homepage Sliders. They are almost the same except the transition effects. Camera slider has thumbnail preview for navigation. Set "Show Navigation Thumbnails" to "Yes" to enable the preview. Click here for Demo

Shopping Cart

Shopzone offers you 2 Different Cart Styles. Toggle and Dropdown. Goto Shopzone Settings > Settings > General. Select "Shopping Cart Style".

Product Autocomplete

You can enable of disable Product Autocomplete Feature as you prefer. Goto Shopzone Settings > Settings > General > Set "Enable Product Autocomplete" to "Yes"

RoundAbout Slider for Featured Products

You have 3 different options to display your featured products. Use "Roundabout Slider", "Flex Slider" or "Opencart way". "Latest" and "Special" Modules have only the later 2 options. Goto Shopzone Settings > Settings > Homepage Products and select your preferred style.

CloudZoom

Professor Cloud's CloudZoom is a popular tool for product zoom. We have used the earlier(free) version. You can enable or disable this feature too. Goto Shopzone Settings > Settings > General > Enable Cloud Zoom

Fonts

You can use all of the Google Web Fonts + 20 popular Web safe fonts in Shopzone theme. Now you don't have to miss the good ol' beautiful fonts :). Goto Shopzone Settings > Fonts. Load Default settings if you need to. If you accidentally do that don't worry, just don't save it. Refresh the page get your settings back

Background

Shopzone provides you 154 Transparent Subtle Patterns to use as background. Combine "background color" and "background pattern" to get the background of your choice. You can also use a custom background image in any way you like. Goto Shopzone Settings > Settings > Background

Responsiveness / Max Width

Shopzone is 100% responsive. But you can still disable the responsiveness. If responsive, you can choose between max width of 940px and 1170px as you prefer. If you disable the responsiveness, we have 940px as default max width of the body. Goto Shopzone Settings > Settings > General > Enable Responsive Layout

Custom Menu

You can add a Custom Menu in the Main Navigation. Add as many links as you like. Change the no. of columns of the menu. Enable or Disable Custom Menu

Shopzone Box Module

Shopzone Box module has Custom Text, Latest Tweets and Facebook Like Box option. You can enable/disable them as well. Goto Shopzone Box > Install > Add module

Social Icons

You have 26 Social icons to choose from. Simply select the ones you need and add your social networks. Goto Shopzone Settings > Social Icons tab.

Payment Methods

Choose from the 12 Different payment methods you accept for online payment. Goto Shopzone Settings > Payment Methods.

Button & Icons

You can change the border radius of the buttons. And set the color of the icons to "Black", "White", "Light Gray" or "Dark Gray" for topbar, product tools and buttons. Choose them as according to the color you use for the elements. To change colors read about color themes below.

Color Themes

If you're not a designer and you find it hard to choose colors for your website. Here's a simple solution. Go through our 16 default color themes. Pick one that's closest to your requirements and start modifying and save them as your custom color themes. You can save as many as you like. Isn't that cool?
